  I custom ordered a diamond bracelet to be sent to the west mifflin store. Lady said it would be about 10 days and should be in. ***3 weeks later (21 days)*** I call the kay store for an update. Phone rings gor a solid minute before anyone picks up. Here is the conversation. Nadine- this is Nadine the manger. Dan- Hi my name is Dan i ordererd a bracelt and want to check on the status of it. (I start giving her my spelling of fill name in which she stops me mid spelling) Nadine- hold on im up front and i have customers right now. I'm gonna put you on hold... ***on hold for 2 min*** gets back on phone. Nadine- You aren't the only customer. Barb will have to call you tomorrow because we are busy with customers in the store right now. It's not in the system and she will have to call the vendor.
