  We went here for a balloon gender reveal. I made the box myself, walked up to the counter, and was trying to pick out balloons for both genders since we wanted to be surprised as well. The woman at the counter just had zero customer service skills. Would only say nope that wont work....or looked at me with a blank stare when I asked a question. I even asked for 1 particular balloon that she said was only sold in bundles, but when I asked another worker, he said you can buy them individually they are above the front doors. It made our gender reveal experience very stressful when someone working doesn't want to be there or just has no communication or customer service skills whatsoever.
